About the role
As the Global Trade (GT) Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the Global Trade compliance program for the Largo, FL, and Cheshire, CT sites within the Collins Aerospace Mission Systems business.

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years of experience or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Global Trade compliance role.
- Experience with export control regulations, including classification and licensing processes.
- Prior work experience with compliance audits or assessments.
- Experience with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Prior experience conducting investigations related to global trade compliance.
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables effectively.
