Our office, Connecticut Oral Surgery Centers - North Haven, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following: As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
