About the role
Led by the community's Director of Health and Wellness, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers (Care Managers) to assist residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year resident care experience required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population
- preferred dementia experience
