We are seeking a skilled and motivated Powder Coating & Assembly Operator to join our growing production team in Plattsburgh, New York. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of finish, durability, and quality. This is a stable, full-time, Monday to Friday position (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), offering a consistent schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial powder coating or related painting processes
• Strong knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required.
