We are looking for our Teen Workforce Development Facilitator to join our team at the Y!
What you'll bring
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between schools, YMCA branches, employer sites, and community locations
- Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends to support youth programs, career events, workshops, and community activities
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience supporting internships, externships, job shadowing, apprenticeships, or employer partnerships is preferred
- Familiarity with Greater Philadelphia career pathways, workforce development resources, educational opportunities, and community-based employment programs is a plus
