About the role

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative, representing our client, Dell. The Brand Representative (BA) will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores, on behalf of Dell.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 6+ months of successful training experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
• Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment
• Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets
• While prior knowledge of technology is helpful, it is not a requirement.
• 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred
• preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
