About the role

As a Construction Manager, you'll be on the front lines of that mission, leading the safe execution of transmission line and substation projects that strengthen and modernize the electric grid. As a Construction Manager, you'll serve as ATC's field representative, coordinating contractors, crews, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

What you'll bring

• Required Education
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of transmission construction, distribution construction, or related utility construction experience.
• Experience supporting field construction activities, contractor oversight, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with contractors, customers, and project stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction technology tools.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel across our footprint
• Technical Knowledge
• Understanding of transmission line and/or substation construction practices.
• Knowledge of contractor management and contract compliance.
