About the role
We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.
What you'll bring
- 2–5 years in software or ML engineering with at least 1–2 years of hands-on production experience building LLM-based or agentic AI systems.
- Experience shipping AI features to real end users is essential.
- Must-Have Skills: LLM Application Development, Agentic / Multi-step AI Workflows, LangChain / AutoGen or equivalent, Prompt Engineering, Python, REST API Integration, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), AI Telemetry & Monitoring
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or marketing technology is a strong plus.
- Nice to have Skills: Azure OpenAI Service, Voice / Speech-to-Text, Image Generation, APIs Natural Language to SQL, LLM Evaluation Frameworks, E-commerce or Retail Domain, Marketing Analytics, Legal AI Platforms
