About the role
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in improving and managing our clients’ search visibility and organic traffic. You will work closely with our development, content, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, resolve technical issues, and implement strategies that improve search rankings and performance. This position requires experience with SEO auditing tools, keyword research platforms, analytics tools, and technical SEO practices, as well as a solid understanding of how websites are built and optimized for search engines. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, structured data, site performance, and search engine algorithms is expected.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 2 years of agency experience
- 2+ years of experience working professionally in SEO or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Proven experience improving organic search rankings, traffic, and technical site performance
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with SEO data and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Mac proficiency
