We are hiring multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago, IL. You own your time- Flexible schedule with autonomy over your day

- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
