What you'll bring

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue
• Proven ability to manage paid search and paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency
• Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills across multiple formats and audiences
• High level of comfort using AI tools to create, refine, and scale content production
• Strong analytical capability with experience building reports and extracting strategic insights
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is a strong plus but a track record of driving measurable results in a B2B environment is what we're really after.
• Preferred: Experience in transportation, logistics, freight, or supply chain industries
• HubSpot preferred
