We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Eden Prairie. As a vital member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy care while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.

What you'll bring

• Valid CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to assist patients with mobility
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
