About the role
Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed Quality Assurance Technician. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a wage $26.00-$34.00/hour. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 5:00am-1:00pm, Sunday thru Thursday.
What you'll bring

- Two-year technical degree in chemistry, biology, food science or equivalent experience
- One to three years' experience in plant quality control
- Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to maintain compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, SQF and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
