About the role

The Controller's main focus is to direct and manage the overall financial operations of Seasonal Impact Contracting Ltd., providing accurate and timely financial information to the Executive Team. You will oversee the accounting and administration departments, maintaining robust internal controls, supporting HR/payroll functions, while providing strategic financial guidance across the organization.

What you'll bring

• University degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proven experience in corporate accounting, financial management, and construction industry accounting procedures
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, annual budget preparation, and strategic planning
• Leadership experience supervising, training, and mentoring a small team
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles
• High proficiency with QuickBooks Accounting software and Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Calendar)
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a strong eye for accuracy and detail
• CPA designation is preferred
