About the role
Reporting to the HSE Manager and indirectly accountable to the Director of Operations, the Senior HSE Advisor will assist with providing HSE leadership, support, and recommendations to HSE personnel, field supervisors and workers to maintain compliance with Clark Builders, client and legislative requirements. This position is based out of the Edmonton office .
What you'll bring
- Must have a valid drivers’ license.
- Minimum NCSO designation (or equivalent) is required.
- Completion of, or progress toward, additional professional designations (e.g., CRSP, CSP, ASP) is required.
- Standard First Aid is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to support team members and project sites.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required
- a company vehicle will be provided or mileage will be reimbursed
- Minimum 5+ years of field HSE experience in commercial (preferred) and/or industrial construction.
- Advanced First Aid or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification is considered an asset.
