About the role

Clark Builders is hiring a Project Manager, Architectural Cladding in Edmonton to support projects across all operational business units. As a key member of the project team, this role oversees all stages of Architectural Cladding construction. This includes ensuring the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading and supporting the project team.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or 2-year certificate in a construction related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience working as a Project Manager, managing the construction of Commercial, Industrial, or Intuitional buildings in particular building envelope scopes of work.
• Understanding of various types of construction contracts, including design build, to assist Project Development and Project teams for the right fit for our client.
• Understanding the principles of Lean thinking, collaborative planning, and continuous improvement
• Experience with Last Planner® System an asset
• Experience with Procore® Construction Management Software an asset
• Experience managing the entire construction process from startup to closeout, would be an asset on a variety of project sizes and complexities, but our focus is a team player who is well versed in building envelope construction.
• Experience with SAP is an asset.
