About the role

We are seeking Radar Systems Engineers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and are eager to support innovative sensor and radar programs. You will work alongside experienced engineers to define system architecture, develop requirements, perform analysis and modeling, and support integration, testing, and flight activities across the full product lifecycle. This role is onsite in El Segundo, CA.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by summer 2027.
• Experience in Systems Engineering with radar algorithm design, data analysis using Matlab, and Software/hardware integration in a lab environment.
• Requirements development, verification, and management.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
• Knowledge of radar fundamentals
• Programming experience in Python and MATLAB
• Experience troubleshooting electronic or system-level issues, signal processing, statistics, information theory, and detection methods, Imaging/pattern recognition, Data filtering (Kalman, batch, optimal estimation)
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
• preferably Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics
