About the role
We are hiring a Field Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers throughout Elizabeth and nearby communities, including Edison, Somerville, Newark, and New Brunswick
What you'll bring
- Candidate must be willing to travel and be licensed in NJ.
- Candidate must be willing to learn and take catastrophic cases.
- Current, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in NJ.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in NY
- required within 60 days of hire date
- Experience in case management of workers comp cases
- REQUIRED within two years of the date of hire
- Skills required for success: organization and timeline adherence skills, PC and technology skills, communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
- Skilled at patient education
- Valid Driver’s License, and good driving history
- Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred.
