What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Real Estate, Business Administration,
• Urban Planning, or a related field (Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience will be
• considered)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in land acquisition and real property
• services for infrastructure or large-scale development projects
• Minimum 5 years demonstrating experience as a Land Agent, including negotiations, land
• investigations, stakeholder engagement, and expropriation processes
• International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA)
• Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec (OEAQ) o Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC)
• In-depth understanding of real estate acquisition and expropriation processes, including compensation frameworks
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage sensitive stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, audience-appropriate reports and presentations
