The compensation range for this position is $112,700.00 - $169,100.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of process, manufacturing, or industrial engineering experience in an Aerospace & Defense, high-precision, regulated, or advanced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing manufacturing routes, bills of material, process detail sheets, standard work, control plans, FMEA documentation, and production readiness deliverables.

- Experience with CAD modeling, fixture and tooling design, equipment specification, validation, or commissioning preferred.
