• The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Team:
• This role will join the RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Partnership’s team as a Sourcing Specialist supporting the Human Resources (HR) category.
• The Specialist will develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance across HR‑related services in multiple regions.
• Key areas include recruitment, learning and development, benefits, mobility, compliance, and other professional HR services.
• Success in this role requires broad understanding of the end‑to‑end procurement process—from strategic sourcing and negotiation through contract drafting, requisitioning, and purchase order placement.
• The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR and professional services categories and be able to translate that knowledge into effective contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors Degree
