About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software & Automation Engineer to join our small technology team and work hands-on across our in-house ERP , data pipelines, automation, and AI tooling. This is a senior individual-contributor role, not a management role: you will own work end to end alongside our existing engineer and split a broad, real-world workload in a bilingual (Korean-English) corporate environment. You enjoy variety and autonomy over deep specialization. In a given week, you might build a full-stack feature, automate a business workflow, wire up an AI agent, fix an ERP data issue, and talk directly to the people who use what you build. You see leveraging AI to multiply your own output as the fun part, not a distraction. This role is probably not for you if you want to focus on a single stack or a narrow specialty with a large team and well-defined tickets handed to you.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend skills (TypeScript/Node.js and Python, or a comparable stack), including API design and data modeling.
• Comfortable across the full stack, including modern front-end (React/TypeScript).
• Solid SQL and relational database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants and coding CLIs (e.g., Claude Code) in daily development and genuine interest in building AI agents and automation.
• Ability to work independently, own work end to end, and take on a broad range of technical tasks in a small team.
• AWS/Azure acceptable).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (verbal and written).
• Experience with ERP or other core business systems, including modernization or migration work.
• Software design experience with patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and incremental modernization.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (BigQuery, Dataform, Data Studio).
