About the role
We’re looking for a Product Commercialization Program Manager to help enhance Faster Payments capabilities to market, including Visa Direct and Mastercard Send (push-to-card, payouts, disbursements, and other real-time money movement solutions). This role is ideal for someone who understands how payment products move from strategy to launch and how to balance growth, scalability, partner readiness, regulatory expectations, and operational execution along the way. You’ll work across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, networks, processors, fintech partners, and sponsor bank stakeholders to turn complex product strategies into practical commercialization plans. The right candidate will be a strong program leader, clear communicator, and payments-savvy operator who can connect the dots across highly matrixed teams and help launch solutions responsibly at scale.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, sponsor banking, embedded finance, operations, program management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience launching, scaling, or operationalizing bank products, payment capabilities, or partner-led financial services programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems, including processors, networks, fintech platforms, program managers, and sponsor bank models.
- Ability to build product documentation including standards, guidelines, training materials, commercialization standards, business cases, launch materials, and governance-ready recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, manage cross-functional dependencies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.
- The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role.
- Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
- Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process.
- Ranges may be modified in the future.
- This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
