About the role
This is a rare opportunity to train directly with Dr. Devang Sharma , a fellowship-trained Andrology and Men's Health subspecialist, within the largest urology practice in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a hybrid outpatient and inpatient role. Chesapeake Urology is seeking an APP who is excited to invest in a long-term career in Men's Health and Urology and who can thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience in a hospital, outpatient, surgical, or specialty practice setting
- Passionate about Men's Health and Urology
- Interested in developing specialized expertise in sexual medicine and andrology
- Seeking a long-term career opportunity
- Resides in or has strong ties to the Germantown/Montgomery County area
- Comfortable discussing sensitive men's health concerns and building trusted patient relationships
- Urology experience as an RN or APP strongly preferred
