About the role

The Civil Technician works closely with the Civil Crew Lead (Foreman) to assist in pouring foundations, installing fencing, installing grounding, and maintaining the area surrounding towers. This is a safety-sensitive position.

What you'll bring

• Must be able to work in a team environment and be a valued member of the crew and the company.
• Must be able to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs, testing procedures, etc.
• Must be able to operate different types of equipment such as backhoe, forklift, electrical and hand tools, etc.
• Successful completion of industrial first aid and rescue training.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and by email with team members and clients.
• Must be able to read, comprehend and carry out instructions.
• Must be able to work on a team and independently as required.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements set forth in ANSI Z359 for fall protection gear.
• None.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Basic Rigging
• General construction knowledge to include knowledge of construction equipment/machinery
