About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution. You will support customers across Institutional business segments, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
• To meet customer requirements and comply with local or state regulations, applicants for certain customer-facing roles may need to:
• Undergo additional background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing.
• Associate’s degree or other advanced education or certifications
