This is a PRN position that will service the East Valley area, including Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. As a Home Health RN , you’ll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will:

- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Arizona
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Expert organizational and time management skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
