About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling support and schedule management, with proficiency in Primavera P6. This role involves interfacing directly with project management, client management, and site personnel for updating, progressing, and tracking earned value of project schedules. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

What you'll bring

• The candidate must have communication and schedule analysis skills to be able to identify and communicate potential risks or opportunities in the project schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Scheduler, with hands-on experience in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and practices.
• Technical skills of Primavera P6 and the functionality of the software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Skilled in written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to interact and multitask with project team members, clients, and site personnel of varying position levels.
• Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of insurability if required to drive.
• All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
• Electrical and data center experience is a plus.
