About the role

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. is hiring a Senior Project Manager in our Grand Rapids office to lead the successful delivery of large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role provides strategic project leadership, overseeing budgets, contracts, schedules, and team coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven success leading complex projects
• Strong expertise in project financial management, contracts, scheduling, and construction operations
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and documentation processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to mentor others
• Candidates that accept an offer of employment must undergo and pass pre-employment testing including a drug and background screen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
