About the role
Project Managers lead Project Teams in the successful completion of construction projects from the initial hand-off from Estimating through final completion and close-out. Project Managers are responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable laws and regulations. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities for this position. As a Project Manager, you will be subject to various work environments.
What you'll bring
- At least five (5) years of relatable construction experience.
- Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience.
