About the role
BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team, supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Honolulu District (POH) Programs & Project Management Division (PPMD) by developing and maintaining resource-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules in Primavera P6 for an upcoming surge of FY27 projects. Work will be performed on-site at USACE Honolulu District facilities in Honolulu, HI, using Government-furnished computers. This position is contingent upon contract award.
What you'll bring
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is required
- Primavera P6: Proficiency in Primavera P6, with the ability to work independently in the software from day one, is required
- Reporting: Experience running reports in Primavera and experience using MS Power BI and other MS applications to develop reports is required
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Fifteen (15) or more years of total relevant experience is required.
- In addition, a minimum of three (3) full years of experience using Primavera Project Manager/P6 to manage and update resource-loaded CPM project schedules is required
