About the role

🚀 Empower Mission Success in the Pacific: Join SOSi as a Systems Engineer in Honolulu! In this role, you’ll lead the charge in developing and maintaining a robust enterprise infrastructure and private cloud platform. You’ll collaborate with senior DoD personnel, deliver executive-level briefings, and ensure compliance with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Data Centric Security Principles .

What you'll bring

• An Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility and US Passport.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering or similar and 5+ years of experience, or 9+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems engineering and operations involving complex classified DoD environments and mandatory security controls (e.g., STIGs).
• 5+ years implementation and support in server administration.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft or Linux enterprise services portfolio (Exchange, Active Directory, DNS/BIND, DHCP, SQL, etc).
• DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (Security+ CE, CCNA, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP).
• Server Administration (Microsoft or Linux+) certification at hire.
• Obtain Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator or Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) within 6 months.
• Prior experience in implementing and supporting DoD secure systems environments.
• Experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure.
• Experience with NSA CSfC requirements including Multi-Site Connectivity Capability Package (MSCCP) and Mobile Access Capability Package (MACP).
• Experience with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and/or DISA Trusted Network Environment (TNE).
• Customer-service oriented with a willingness to participate and assist.
