About the role
Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is looking for our next Sales Manager to support our show, 'Auana, in Honolulu, HI.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing/Sales, Business or Communications;
- At least 4 years of previous experience in Sales/Marketing within the hospitality industry, inclusive of entertainment and attractions, meetings & events, travel trade, destination management organization marketing, hotels, etc.;
- Strong understanding of ticketing software(s) and CRM(s), such as Outbox ticketing, NLIVEN, Ticketmaster and/or Salesforce;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Fluent in English;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Ambition to create and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally;
- Availability to flex hours for the occasional evening or weekend event;
- Ability to create and maintain solid business relationships both internally and externally that promote an encouraging, positive and productive work environment;
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
- The flexibility for light travel;
