About the role
We are seeking an experienced Activity Vendor & Affiliate Partnership Manager to join our growing team in Waikiki. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with established relationships throughout Hawaii's tourism industry who is passionate about building partnerships and expanding one of Hawaii's leading travel agencies. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with tour and activity vendors as well as affiliate partners across Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Hawaii Island, Lanai, and Molokai. The ideal candidate will help expand our portfolio of experiences while building strong, long-term partnerships that drive business growth.
What you'll bring
- Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Hawaii's tourism or travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of Hawaii's tours, activities, attractions, and visitor experiences across all Hawaiian Islands.
- Existing relationships
- Willingness to travel regularly between islands for partner meetings and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience using Google Workspace and communication tools such as Slack is a plus.
