About the role
We’re looking for a Client Services Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with our Production team to make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll help coordinate new projects, manage preflight tasks, enter key details into internal systems, and ensure everything is ready for production.
What you'll bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Experience building relationships with clients and co-workers
- Knowledge of a second language
- Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources
