About the role

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Director, Market Development, ICOTYDE PsO, located in Horsham, PA. The Product Director, Market Development is a core member of the brand team accountable for developing and executing the Primary Care and market development strategy for ICOTYDE in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO). This position reports to the Group Product Director, Customer Experience and Market Development.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 5+ years of business experience with successful track record
• Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives
• Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority
• Excellent communication & project management skills
• Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
• Evidence of intellectual curiosity, long-range thinking, stakeholder alignment, and change management
• Previous PCP and digital marketing or sales experience would be advantageous
• Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 20%
• Learning Aptitude towards AI/Tech: Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
