About the role
Peterson Cat has a need for an experienced Heavy Duty Repair Technician at our Fortuna, CA location. The Heavy Duty Repair Technician performs service activities primarily in the main service shop for customer and/or sales and rental fleet equipment.
What you'll bring
- Associates Degree from a fully accredited college or technical/vocational school in Diesel Technology or other closely related field
- and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in heavy equipment service; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Must be a member of Local 3 of the Operating Engineers or be willing to become one as a condition of employment.
