About the role

Ataero is hiring! The Senior Logistics Analyst leads logistics analysis and process-optimization activities supporting Army supply-chain and Centralized Distribution Activities performance. The analyst evaluates operational results, identifies performance improvements, and directs junior analysts in producing accurate, timely, and decision-ready analytical products.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• At least seven years of Army logistics experience.
• At least three years of hands-on experience using the Army Logistics Modernization Program.
• Demonstrated experience leading logistics analysis or supply-chain process-improvement efforts.
• Experience directing, mentoring, or reviewing the work of junior analysts.
• Must posses a Secret government clearance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation optimization, and Army supply regulations.
• Hands-on proficiency with the Army Logistics Modernization Program.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, technical-writing, and briefing skills.
• Ability to evaluate logistics processes, identify performance gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to lead junior analysts and convert complex logistics data into clear findings and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other approved analytical and reporting tools.
