About the role

The Airborne Sensors & Avionics Integration Department is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support system development, planning, and integration activities across multiple mission‑driven programs. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams, customers, and technical leadership to ensure high‑quality execution throughout the life cycle of complex aerospace systems.  This is a full‑time, on-site position located in Indianapolis , Indiana.

• The Airborne Sensors & Avionics Integration Department is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support system development, planning, and integration activities across multiple mission‑driven programs.
• This role provides the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams, customers, and technical leadership to ensure high‑quality execution throughout the life cycle of complex aerospace systems.
• This is a full‑time, on-site position located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience supporting complex engineering programs or scientific missions (e.g., real-time data processing, HPC, simulation environments).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows, including tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Kanban, or Trello.
• Background in security or incident analysis, including log analysis, data tracing, or investigative tooling.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, automation, scripting languages (Python, R), or cloud-based integration environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering, systems engineering, and government customer stakeholders.
