About the role
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to assist in maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
What you'll bring
- Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity and basic network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and required applications.
- Perform system troubleshooting and technical diagnostics for users and internal systems.
- Support the integration and connectivity of various IT systems and devices.
- Assist in maintaining system security, updates, and backups.
- Maintain IT documentation, system logs, and troubleshooting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper operation of IT systems and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Practical experience with network troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
