About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Officer who is reliable, organized, and able to manage communication across the company’s online platforms. The ideal candidate will handle messages, coordinate with internal departments and external marketing agencies, and support basic social media tasks to ensure smooth and professional online presence.
What you'll bring
- Handle incoming messages and comments across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate responses and resolve customer inquiries.
- Follow up with the external marketing agency regarding scheduled posts, campaigns, and design requests.
- Assist in implementing the monthly content plan provided by the marketing agency.
- Monitor social media pages and report issues, complaints, or repeated questions.

- Tracking engagement
- Maintain a structured workflow for responding to inquiries and escalating cases when needed.
- Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve service and communication.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media handling or customer support.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Arabic.
