About the role
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager . This is a role built around ownership: you'll drive monetization and retention strategy end-to-end, run the experiments, read the data, and see your calls show up in the numbers within weeks, not quarters.
What you'll bring
- Experience in mobile free-to-play (F2P) games or any apps with proven results in monetization and retention
- Strong understanding of in-app economy design, live-ops, and engagement loops
- Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development
- Ability to analyze KPIs and financial metrics (ARPU, RPD, LTV) and turn insights into product decisions
- Solid experience with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, UA, design, and development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, plus Ukrainian for internal and external communication
