About the role
Virtuozzo is looking for a German-speaking Partner Success Manager to grow and strengthen relationships with Cloud Service Providers, Managed Service Providers, hosting companies, and infrastructure partners across the DACH region and wider Europe. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, account growth, partner management, and commercial strategy. You will take ownership of a portfolio of existing partners, helping them achieve stronger adoption, greater commercial success, and long-term value from Virtuozzo technologies. Your goal will not simply be to maintain relationships. You will understand each partner’s business model, technical environment, growth priorities, and market challenges, then work with them to improve adoption, increase revenue, reduce churn risk, and identify opportunities for expansion. You will serve as the main commercial and relationship point of contact for your assigned partners while coordinating closely with Technical Account Management, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
What you'll bring
- Language requirement: Fluent German and English
- Fluent German and English, with the ability to lead commercial and strategic discussions in both languages.
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, or commercial relationship management.
- Experience working with B2B technology products or services.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to partner success.
- Strong relationship-management and consultative-selling skills.
- Demonstrated experience growing existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, adoption, or service expansion.
- Experience managing renewals, retention, and churn risk.
- Confidence leading QBRs, account-planning discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to understand a partner’s commercial model and connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong ownership, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across distributed technical and commercial teams.
