About the role
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you are responsible for driving sales growth within a specified territory and nurturing the overall customer experience for your clients. In this role, you will meet quarterly sales quotas, handle new account development and onboarding, execute various sales programs and promotions, and manage detailed account planning and scheduling in the CRM system.
What you'll bring
- HS Diploma
- 1-5 years of inside sales experience with telemarketing
- Must be comfortable and confident in a fast paced, highly transactional environment with quick turnaround expectations
- Customer focus and dedication to a mutually beneficial relationship
- Good organizational skills working with multiple projects and deadlines
- Temp-to-perm within 60 days, however, will convert as quickly as warranted by the candidate...perhaps even under 30 days!
- Excellent benefits offered after 30 days of conversion.
- CRM experience - SalesForce experience preferred
- Associate Degree desired
