Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (with experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing and Field Operations) We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and experience supporting custom mobile application development (preferably Angular based). This role goes beyond traditional CRM and involves supporting a complex Medical Devices commercial ecosystem , where Salesforce is used to manage:
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
- 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Mandatory: Experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare Manufacturing domain
- Strong understanding of: • Consignment inventory models
- Surgical/clinical product usage tracking
- Returns, defects, and replacement workflows
- Customer Case Management
- Proven expertise in: • Requirements gathering & documentation (user stories, BRDs)
- Process mapping across sales + operations workflows
- Stakeholder management across business and IT
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP / inventory / external systems
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
