About the role
As a BCBA at Hand Over Hand, you will have the opportunity to make aimpact while working as part of a collaborative clinical team. You will oversee individualized ABA programming, support RBTs and BTs, collaborate with families, & use data-driven clinical decision-making to help children make significant progress.
What you'll bring
- Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA)
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical, organizational, & communication skills.
- Comfortable providing supervision & mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
- Collaborative, compassionate, & committed to quality care.
- Strong understanding of ethical & evidence-based ABA practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a center-based clinical environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth & development.
