About the role
This role requires deep expertise in Texas Instruments DSP platforms, inverter control firmware, and grid‑code compliance.
What you'll bring
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years' of experience in professional firmware development experience in embedded or real ‑ time control systems
- Expert proficiency with Texas Instruments DSP platforms (e.g., C2000), including ADCs, PWMs, DMA, peripherals, memory management, and bootloaders
- Ability to optimize execution time, numerical performance, and memory usage for fast control and protection functions
- Experience with firmware verification strategies, power conversion simulation, Hardware-in-the-Loop and integration testing
- Hands‑on experience with Code Composer Studio (CCS), debugging, profiling, and emulation
- Strong embedded C programming skills for real‑time, safety‑critical power electronics applications
