About the role

As Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at Epicor, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and related systems. You will design and deliver high-quality implementations while ensuring alignment with platform best practices, security standards, and performance expectations. You will be responsible for leading solution architecture from concept through deployment and adoption.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration and platform development within enterprise environments
• 5+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent solutions
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, release management, and platform lifecycle management
• Proven expertise in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder facilitation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills in fast-paced environments
