About the role
As a Project Surveyor , you’ll play a key role in bringing residential, commercial, mixed-use development, and renewable energy projects to life. You’ll be part of a highly experienced, collaborative, forward-thinking survey team that values precision, creativity, and growth. This role gives you the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish, supported by experienced office and field teams. You’ll work in an entrepreneurial environment where your voice matters, your expertise is trusted, and your career growth is prioritized. Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.
What you'll bring
- A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight.
- Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
- Prior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process.
- LSIT or PLS certification desired.
- multi-state licensure a plus
