About the role
The Command Center supports the Food Allergy Institute’s (FAI) mission through direct and indirect patient care using innovative approaches and AI technology. This role provides leadership to virtual and onsite FAI teams while acting as a primary liaison between the Command Center Lead and clinical staff. The Command Center Provider manages complex patient cases, reactions, and ensures proper escalation through accurate documentation and data management. This role optimizes proprietary tools like Pantaleon, Salesforce, and HubSpot to enhance patient care and safety. This position operates on a specific evening schedule to ensure continuous support for the patient community.
What you'll bring
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant School.
- Current California NP and RN or PA License.
- National Provider Identification Number (NPI).
- Maintenance of PA or NP Certifications.
- BLS, PALS, & ACLS Certification required.
- Strong expertise in patient case management and medical software (Pantaleon, Athena, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment with high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
- Candidates must ensure a quiet, confidential workspace suitable for telehealth visits and sensitive patient phone calls.
